APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5650 (447 LINCOLN AVENUE
AND 448 MARSHALL WAY) AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
WHEREAS, the owner and subdivider herein, has presented
to the Council for approval of Parcel Map 5650 to subdivide a 5025
square foot lot into two lots containing 2409 and 2616 square feet
located west of Fifth Street bounded by Marshall Way and Lincoln
Avenue, and being a portion of Block F as shown on that map
entitled "E.S. Chipman's Five Acre Tracts or Lots" as filed in Book
4 of Maps, at Page 120, Alameda County Records, Alameda,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5650, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda
Planning Board Resolution No. 2054 passed on April 9, 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-
3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel
Map No. 5650 is consistent with the City's General Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the requested exception too
Section 11- 3118.1 of the City of Alameda Subdivision Ordinance is
hereby granted.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of
May , 1990, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
