Resolution 11971CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11971
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR STATE-LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
AND AUTHORIZING MATCHING FUNDS FOR RESURFACING VARIOUS
STREETS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92.
WHEREAS SB300, State-Local Partnership Program asks
that..."Local entities identify and construct locally supported
projects that are not of statewide significance but are critically
needed for the local community; and
following:
WHEREAS the City has identified a candidate project:
1. Roadway Rehabilitation of the City's Street
Infrastructure, and;
WHEREAS said improvements for this project consist of the
1. Resurfacing of various streets in accordance
with the five-year Pavement Management Plan
approved by the City Council on June 7, 1988.
WHEREAS the City deems this project is necessary to the
safe and proper circulation within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby approves the SB300 monies for
!-ga this project;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council guarantees
to provide local matching funds for this project.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager, William C.
Norton, is hereby authorized to file this application and execute
any and all agreements pursuant to this application.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of
June , 1990, by the following vote to wit:

Acting President Arnerich - 4.
