APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 6108
(802 OAK STREET AND 801 PARK STREET)
WHEREAS, the owner and subdivider herein, has presented
to the City Council for approval of Parcel Map 6108 to subdivide
a division of property located at 802 Oak Street and 801 Park
Street; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6108 was approved by the City of
Alameda Planning Board on August 26, 1991, by Planning Board
Resolution No. 2215; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 6108 was found to be in conformance
with the City's Combined Land Use Plan (CLUP) and it has been
determined that there would be no significant environmental impact
for the proposed subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has posted a cash deposit in the
amount of $2,170 for the guarantee of sidewalk improvements and a
mylar copy of the recorded parcel map; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is substantially in conformance to
the Preliminary Plan accepted by the Planning Board on October 8,
1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11.319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 6108, hereto accepted and conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to the subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and
subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning
Board Resolution No. 2215.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that a Certified Copy of this Resolution shall be recorded
simultaneously with Parcel Map 6108
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the fifteenth of
October, 1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth
and President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
