REbOVIED, that the Council hareby rejects all. of said proposads or bids
for said painting except that of ti a bidder next herein. mentioned, and hereby ewards
the contract for dotng the raintine in the construction of said tuAlding to H. Zelineki,
for the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-five, and no/100 Dollars (1,525.001,
The mayor ani ex-officio president of the Council is hereby empowered and
directed for and. or behalf of the 0.1.ty of Alameda, to enter into and sign a contract
with said. R. elinski for doing the painting in. the construction. of said. building for
the amount. aforestated, said work to be done in accordance with the piano and specifi-
cations adopted therefor and too proposal or bid of said Odlinski, on file witb to
city clerk.
