RESPY)E.D, that Mrs. Carrie M. Palmer be an she is hereby awarded a
concession for the exclusive right tc sell tobacco, candy, confectionery, etc.,
in Lincoln Park till July 1, 1924, for the consideration cf Five Dollars (5.001
rer month, or fraction thereof, and the mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
necessary contract on behalf of the city.
