DETTTMINING THE RATE AND LEVYING THE TAX 192;7-24.
RESOLVED and determined by the Council of the City of Alameda that the rate
of city taxes to be levied and collected upon the assessed valuation of the property
appearing on the assessment book of said city for the current fiscal year 1923-1924
be, and the some is hereby fixed at two hundred cents (20* on each. one hundred dol-
lars 0100) of property; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the portion of the whole of said rate which shall belong to
each particular fund of the city, and the portions thereof belwrging to each special
purpose or bonded indebtedness of the city be, and the same are hereby specified. and
designated as follows, to—wit:

RESOLVED, that a tax in the total amount of Two Dollars (2.00), as above set
forth, be, and the same is hereby levied for raising the necessary revenue of said city
for said fiscal year.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Peo1ution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting aeeembled on the 16th day of September, 1923, by the following vote, te-wit;
