APPOINTING TWO HUNDRED ANT ERADICATORS.
RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and he is hereby empowered to appoint
not more than two hundred (200) members of the organization known as the Bay Ccouts
of America, as official ant eradicators, said appointees to serve without compensation;
RNSC6VED, that the Ant Eradicators so appointed. be required to wear suitable
badges in performing their activities, to be furnished by the city, and the sum of
Sixty Dollars 050.00) is hereby appropriated to defray the expense cf said badges.
T., the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted, by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of ()etcher, 1923, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilran Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
