DECLARING IHT4 NECESSITY FOR SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that public interest and
necessity demand the acquisition, construction and completion of the following municipal
improvements in and for said city, to witt.
The completion of the Lincoln Grammar School at Central Avenue
and C'ourt Street, b7 the addition of sixteen (la) regular class
rooms, a kindergarten room and special rooms, also furniture and
equipment for the same; also the acquisition of additional land
adjacent to or near the leastick Zchool at Santa Clara Avenue and
Fay Street, for school yard Turpeses.
RESOLVED. that the coot of said improvements would be too great to be paid out
of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said city.
I, the undeteigred, c1er k of.the City of Alameda, and Exofficio clerk of
the Council of said city, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted: at o regular meeting of the council of said city held
in the council chamber in the city hall of said city on Tuesday, the 15th day ef January,
1921; by the follcwing vote, to wit:
