RESOLVED by tho C ounc i 1 of the City of Alameda that the reso int ou pa s se d
January 15, 19.24, declaring publid interest end necessity demanded the acquisition,
construction and completion of certain school imprevements in the City of Alameda,
be, and the an is hereby rescinded se as to enable a change as to its phraseology,
and the c 1 ty attorney is hereby direc tea to pr epare a new resolution setting forth
the preposition as follows
The acquisition by purchase of school lots or grcunds, and
improving same; also the completion of 11n2011 School, one fund-
ing of which was recently destroyed by fire, end supplying sacs
With furniture and necessary apparatus.
