cations for the improvement of Whshirigton Street between the easterly line of Court
Street end the westerly line of Hhgn Street by the cohstruction egf concrete. curbs,
gutters', gutter bridges., corrugated culverts and paving of the roadway, U5 prepared
by the city engineer and submitted this 20th day. of May, 1924, he, and the same are
herehy adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing sadd work end taking
said improvement.
