RESOLUTION COUtTIREING ASSESSMENT.
WHEREAS, or the 8th day of December, 1924, the Street Superintendent of the
City of Alameda, California, filed with the City Clerk of said sity his assessment to cover
the sum due for the work performed under the terms of the contract made by and between
the Street. Superintendent of said city, and Hutchinson Company for doing the work and
making the improvement described in Resolution of intention No. 89, N.S., of the Council
of said city, to which said Resolution of Intention reference is hereby male:
AND WHEREAS, the said. City Clerk has given notice of the filing of said assess,
ment and of the time fixed by said clerk when all persons interested in the work done, or
in the assessment would be heard by the Nity Council of sold city; and said hearing having
been duly held, and it appearing that there has been no obection or appeal taken or filed
against or respecting the said work or assessment, or any act or determination of Inc
Street Superintendent or engineer in relation thereto;
AND ±33113, the City Council of said city has examined into said assessment and
is satisfied with the correctness thereof, now therefore
IT IS HEESY REEOLVED AND DETERMINED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda,
California, that all the acts and determinations of the Street Superintendent and Engineer
of said city relative to the said work. done under Resolution cf Intention No. 39, N.S.
of said city be, and the same are hereby approved and coufirmod, and said City Council
hereby approves, ratifies and confirms the said assessment and diagram made in relation
and parsuunt thereto.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly aud
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of January, 1925, by the following Tote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Trobst and Dresident Otis, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1).
