HESOLVSN, that it is the intention of the Council ef toe City of Alameda

That Santa Clara Avenue from the west (TUTL line of Third Street to the south
curb line of Irecific Avenue, Haight AN'EflUe from the west uurb line of Third Street to
the to curb lino of Pacific Avenue, and Iineoln Avenue from the west curb line of
Third Street to the north curb Limo of Main Street, le graded and have concrete curbs,
gutters; gutter brides and sidewalks constructed. thereon.; also that corrugated.. iron
culverts be censtracted therein; also that the roadway thereof -tel paved with a. 14 1-
4t oiled macadam pavement.

in the Alameda Times-Star, a daily newspaper published and circulated lo said city
and hereby designated for that purpose by the City Council.
The street superintendent shall cease to la ecnspituously posted along
the lime of said contemplated egrlb and improvement and in front of all the property
liable to be assessed, notices of the passage of this resolution of intention. in the
manner and form required by law.
The herein proposed. Vir.K shall be done in pursuance of an apt of the leg-
islature designated the "Improvement Act of 1911," approved April 7; 1911, and
