of the City Council of said city, be and he is hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim
deed to said L, Herrero and sign the name of said municipal corporation thereto and cause
the corporate seal to be affRxed thereto in donsideration of fhb benefits received from
thf. straightening of said street.
