WHEREAS, it appears that on July 9, LOOP, Wm. MO Maas, the proprietor
of a "soft drink" establishment at 1551 Park Street, said city, pleaded
guilty to violating the Wright aat, and
WHEREAS, said WM. M. Maas had received and accepted a license to sell
"soft drinks" under Ordinance No, 262, N. S. on the expreas understanding
that said 10"o "+ should be tevokPd and cancelled in case 10' such vinla-
tion, now therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED, 66+6 the lYconea now hold by said Wm. M. kaaTi bG and. tho admo
is hereby revoked and cancelled.
