iSCETTINS GRANT OE EASEMENT ANT CONTENT TO RETORDATIONA
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alsmeda that the grant of easement
dated the 7th day of Novae:Ger, 1025, from the Sodthern Pacific Company, a corportition,
and the Central Pacific Railway Company, a cortoration, to the City of Alameda, a mun-
loiroa1 oorporation, whereby said Eirst nEmed corporations sr-anted to the City of Alameda
the right to construct ond maintain a highway upon and across that certain parcel of viand
situated in the City of Alameda, State of California, afd described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Webster Street distant
thereon North 00 50' West, 50 feet from the intersection of the northerly
line of Bract 35 at said street and tract are so delineated and so aasig-
nated on that certain Meiv entitled "Map of Alameda Marsh Lord, as parti-
tioned among tha owners thereof in the suit numbered 8923 and entitled
Pacific Improvement Company, Plaintiff, vs, James A. Waymire, at al., De-
fudant, Superior Court, Alameda. County, State of California, 1900, filed.
July 30, 1950, in Map Book 25, Pages 74 to 78, Alameda County Records";
thence Worth 0° 50' West, 70 feet rnor or less to a point; thence south-
erly on s urve concave to the right a distance of 120 feet more or less
tc a point on the northerly line of Tract 35 as hereinbefore referred to;
thence South 78° 52-1/2" East, a distance of 15.25 feet more or less to h
rOint; thence northerly on a curYnwconcave to the left a distance of 55
feet more or less to point of beginning, as shown enclosed within red lines
on the blue print Map attached to said grant and made a part thereof,
for temporary is 9 as a highway do 'n the period of construction of the tube under the
5i' Antonio i'stuary, be arid the same is nerety accepted, and said City Council hereby
gives its consent to the recordation pf said grunt aid directs that this resolution be
attached thereto in nurstance of the provisions of Section 1158 of the Civil Code of
the State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the torewoing'Resointion was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 29tn day of December, 1925, by the following vote to wit:
