City of Alareciia for delinquent assessments lmvied for the opening, extending 5/1d widen-
ing of &wino] Avenue, said sales being numbered fro'- 168 to 17:3, inclusive, having
deodription :numbers 1854 to 1859,
AND W8Y163A3, the said sales for delinquent assessments dover property which
has since been acquired by the City of Alameda for grammar school purposes Flfid is now
ococpicd by the new Iincoln School, ,'o; therefore be it
XFSOLVAlil by the Council of the City of Alameda that said sales which are
described as follows, to-wit:
