RAQUESTING THE PAJLROAD COMMISSION TO GRANT A
REHEARING TO PRP GOIDLIG GATE fERRY COMPANY.
NEBRAS. the state railroad commission, has refused to grant the applica-
tion of the loiden Cate Terry Company for permission to operate an automobile ferry
on the ground, among other things, that said terry company proposed to charge higher
rotes than the Soathern Paodfdo Sompany,
AND NHERMS, it appears that said ground of opposition was erroneous, and
that the Golden Cate -err) Company did not propose to charge highmr ratee, now there-
fore to it
RESOLVED, by the :Noonan of llamado, as the sense of sail council that the
state railroad oommission should grant a rehearing aod recansideration of said appli-
cation.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introdaced and adopted by the JJUnoil if the city of Alameda 11 regiaar
