PERMITTING A STIP. mAcy AT THE INTERSECTION' aT
CLELEUT AVENUE AND CAE STREET.
GESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alamedx, that the Alameda Belt
Line a railroad corporatism operating in said city, be, and it is hereby permitted
to lay down, 1011 1, operate anG maintain a spur track across Oak Street at Clement
Avenue in said city for the purpose of serving the plant of the Boyle Manufacturing
Company, Inc., said. track being more particularly described as follOws, to wAt:
Beginning at a point in. the renter line of an existing
track in the center line of Clement. Avenue, Alameda, Alameda
County, California; said point lying 103.7 feet southeasterly
from the southeastern line of Oak Street produced across Clement
Anenon; thence northwesterly alonr Clement Arerue on. a our to
thE left having a radius of Z55.65 feet a distanee uf 96.3 feet
to a pointy thorns 1)10 13 northwesterly, along. Clement Avenue
and crossing Oak Streets oh a curve to the rigtht having a radius
of 222.27 feet a distance of 55.2 feet to a point on the north-
western line of CaE Street 9.8 feet southwesterly from the south-
estern lanh of Clement Avenue.
The foregoing permit is granted by the City Council upon the express condition
and understanding that to is revokable and may be blthdrawn and cancelled. at the will
and pleasure of the council at any time in the future.
