HEREAS, aprplicatins have leen made by the persous hereinafter named for
a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages commonly called soft drinks, in the city
of Alameda in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance Ne. 262,
New Series, of said city, now therefore be it
ESOLVED, by the council of the city of dlameda, that a permit be Bild, it is
herehy granted and a license is hereby authorized to 1e issued under or in pursuance
of the provisions of said ordinance authoric1ag the sale and dispensation of non-intAag beverages, commonly called soft dr5hks, by the following persons and at
