for a permit to sell non-inta:icating beverages, counonly called soft drinks,
the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisic:ne, and requirements of Ordinance
No, 262 0. 3. of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of 'Nlameda„ that a permit be and it
is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued wider and in pur-
suance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation . of
non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons
and at the following places, to wit:

Earl S. T. Clifford 2327 Central Avenue
E. Strotkamp 2100 Line oln Avewio
ESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said persona under the provisions of said ordinahce
upon the payment by said parties to said city of Alameda of the license tax of S5.00
per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda
in regales meeting, assembled. 011 the 18th day of Lay, 1925, by the following vote,
