GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS,
WHEREAS, applications have been made by the perscns hereinafter named for a
permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the city of
Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No 252 N. S.
of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it is
hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pursuance
of the provisions of said ordinance authorising the sale and dispensation of non-intoic-,
icating beverages, commonly °ailed soft drinka, by the followinr persons and at the
following places, to-wit:

Jenny Wren Stores, Inc. 1200 'Lincoln Avenue
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions of said ordinance
upon the payment by said parties to said city of Alameda of the license tax of 4.00
aor year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 3rd day of August, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None,
