DETERMINING THE RATE AND -LEVYING IRE TAX 1926-27.
RESOLVED and determined ty the council of the citw of Alameda that the rate
of city taxes to be levied and collected upon the assessed valuation of the property
appearing on the assessment book of said city for the current fiscal year 1926-2'7 be,
and the same is hereby fixed at two hundred and sixteen. cents (216) on each one hundred
dollars (100) of property; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the portion of the rhole of said rate which shall belong to
each particular fund of the city, and the portions thereof belonging to each special
purpose or bonded indebtedness of the city be, and the same are hereby specified and
designated as follows, to wit:

RESOLVED, that a tax in the total amount of Twc$Dollars and 5iitteen Cents
(.2.16), aa above set forth, be, and the same is hereby levied for raising the ne-
cessary revenue of said city for said fiscal year.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21st day of September, 1926, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Heise, Noble, Traver and Fresident Otis, (8).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
