WHEREAS, applications have been made by the persons hereinafter named for a
permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the city
of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262,
N. S. of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, ty the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it
is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pur-
suance cf the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation
of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly culled soft drinks, ty the following per-
sons and at the following places to alt

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions of said erddhance
upon the payment by said parties to said City of Alameda of the license tax of 45.00
per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was dnly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
meeting assemtled on the 5th day of April, 1927 by the following vote, to wit:
