GRANTING A LICENSE TOR A. PERMIT TO SELL 'GOTT DRINKS.
WHEREAS, applications have been made by the persons hereihafter named Tor a
permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the City of
Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 202, N. 5.
of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the City of Alameda, that a permit be and it is
hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issuee under and in pursuance
of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and ditpensation of non-intox-
icating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and at the
following places to wit:

Terminal Cafe 1518 Buena Vista Ave.
0. futzmun 1400 Kebster Street
ESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said persons under the previsions of said ordinance
upon the payment by said parties to said City of Alameda of the license tax of ',5.00
per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregqing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 19th day of April, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Neiss, Noble and President Otis, (5).
NOES: lone.
ABSENT: None.
