DIRECTING TREASURER TO ISSUE DEED OR
DELINQUENT TAMES.
WHEREAS, a strim o property situated on the north side 0 Buena Vista
o' o, 225 feet west of 1s1eddt Street. and being the west 10 feet I 360 fbet
in depth, has been used by the city for a. great many. yeare as a portion of
McKinley. Perh, notwithstandina the fact that according to the records said
strip 0 land has been assessed to 'Unknown Owners" and the city has not. ac-
quired good title therefor,
ADD WHEREAS, it has been sold to the. oity. for taxes by the silty Treasur-
er, but no deed has been acquired. therefor as provdded by the tax ordinance
of th.d city, not therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of Mho City of Alameda, that the sits, Dreasurer
be and he is hereby requested to issue his deed to the City of Alampda for
thp strip of land aforamentioned at his earliest convenience.

duly and reguletay introduced and adopted. bp the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular mpeting assembled on the Slst day of ?ebtaary, 1928, by the
