RESOLVED, 27 the Council of t City of Alameda, that the deed Jr
grant dated March 6, 1228, conve7ing to the City' o Alameda, a municipal COT-
-poTation, all. that certain real broperty 31. to in soid city, county of
Alameda, state of Enlifornla, and particularly described as follows, to-wit;
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwestern line of Santa
Clara Avenue with the Northwestern line of Everett 1-treet; ru nning
thence Northwesterly along said line of Sents Clara 17011113, Sixt7-t17o
and 14/1L0 feet; thonde at right angles Southwesterly One Hundred
Twenty and 19/1.00 feet, more er less, to the Southwestern boundary line
of the land partitioned to 3. C. Tucher 27 partition Deed, between
Enstaco Trenor and said J. C. Tucker, dated May 22, 1871 and recorded in
Libel' 69 of DYeas, at 'case 437, Alameda County Records; tnengo South-
