RESOLUTION 02 ACCESTAITLIT AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVED, by the Council of tho City of Alamede, that the deed
dated May/ 31st, 1928, granting and convoying to the (ditty of Alameda,
a municipal corporation,
All those certain pieces or parcels of land situate,
lying and being in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, and more particularly described as
follows;
PARCEL 1.
Commencing at 2 point on the westerly line of Tract
32, said point being distant N. 10 39' 3,, 175.23 feet
thereon from the southwest corner of Tract 32, an said
tract is delineated and so designated upon that certain
map entitled "Ijap of Alameda Marsh Land as 'Partitioned
among the owners thereof in the edit No. 0921 and en-
titled pacific improvement Company, Plaintiff, 79., James
A. Waymire et al, Defendants, Superior Court of Alampda
County, State of California", 2nd filed July 30, 1900,
in the of.fice of the County Recorder of Alameda County
