GRANTINg A PERMIT ?OR A LICENSE TO SELL
SOFT DRINKS.
V.HEREAS, en application has been made by the persons
hereinafter named for e permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages
commonly called soft drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accordance
with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance no. 262, N.S., of
said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that e
permit be and it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to
be issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance
authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages,
commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and et the following
laces, to wit:

coerce 1. Clark 2300 Alameda Avenue.
A. W. Tlint 1400 webster street.
RESOLVYD, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a license to said persons under the
provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said persons to said
city of Alameda of the license tax of t5.00 per year or fraction thereof,
payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council
of the city of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of
February, 1929, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES; Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Neise, Noble and
President Otis, (5).
NOES: None,
AESTUT: None.
