named for a: permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages commonly called soft
drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and
requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N.S., of said city; now therefore be it
RMOLTED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a permit be

under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the
