ACCEPTING GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, D0111E MECARTNEY (Unmarried), of the City. of Alameda,
County of Alameda, state of California, grantor, hos, under date of April
25th, 1929, duly and regularly executed to the City of Alameda o Grant of
a Right of Nay for the construction and maintenance of a high power electric
pole line across that certain strip of land situate in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 30, in Section
24, Township 2 south, Rahgc 4 Weat, Mount Diablo Ease and
Meridian, as said lot is delineated and so designated upon
that certain map entitled "Sole Map No. 10, of Salt Marsh and
Tide Lands situate in the County of Alameda, State cf California"
and filed June 9, 1808, in the office of the County Recorder of
Alameda couny, end running thence south 628.62 ft., a point;
thence S. 82" 3., 259.50 ft; to e point; thence N. 89 E., 200.57
ft., to a point, this point to be known. as the point of beginwilig;
thence N. CO 40' 17" 3•, 276.69 ft., to a point ;,thence N.-49
45' 01" W., 171.77 ft., to a Roint; thence s. 89' 10' 5., 10.46
ft., to a point; thence S. 49 45' 01" E., 163.95 ft., to a pBint;
thence 5° 40' 17" E., 280.79 ft., to a point; thence S. 59
W., 10.06 ft., to the point of beginning,
now therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that said Grant of a Right cf Way be, and the same
is hereby accepted and approved.
RESOLVED, that a copy of tale resolution be attached to the
original Grant for purposes of recordation in the office of the County
Recorder.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of May, 1929, by the
following vote, to wit;
