Resolution 01390RESOLUTION NO. 1390 CANCELLING SALE AND REMITTING TAX PERAITIMS TO 1&L J. 0 ALICE MCDERMOTT. WHEREAS, 1ot 23, Blocks 30 and 31, in the reeubdivision of lands adjacent to the Town of Encinal, City of Alameda, assessed to Wm. J. and Alice McDermott, were recently sold to the city for non-payment of the taxes and penalties amounting to 027.42, and WHEREAS, Mrs. McDermott called for the bill, but it could nut be found, owing to a typographical error whereby it was made out in the name of "Mo3rmott" instead of "McDermott", now therefore it is hereby RESOLVED, that the sale to the city, also the penalties, be and the same are hereby set aside and cancelled, end said parties *re hereby authorized at this time to pay the face of the tax bill, 024.46, for the two installments, and the redemption clerk is hereby authorized to accept said sum in lull for complete redemption of said property. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of July, 1929, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Eroderson, Henning, Calcutt, Latham and Council-president Schaefer, (5).
