TRANSFERRING ALL SURPLUS MONEYS TO CHE GENERAL FUND
RESOLVED, that under the provisions of section 24, chapter
3, article 4 of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed
to transfer all seral oneys to the General 2ond, except such surblus
moneys as may be in the several interest and sinking funds and in such
other funds the disposition of said surplus moneys is otherwise provided
for; and be it further
RECOLM, That the Treasurer Lo and he is hereby directed.
to transfer from the Library ?und to the General Tune, the cum of Nine
Thousand, Nine Hundred and Seventy-two and 47/10C (9,972.47) Dollars;
or be it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to
transfer from the initiative Relief Fund to the General 'und, the 311M of
Two Thousand, Three Hundred and forty and 07/100 (2,340.07) Lollars; and
the Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized to maks said transfers
upan their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and reghlarly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 23rd day of July, 1929,
hy the following vote, to wit:
Councilmen Brodersen, Latham, Gal cutt and Dresident Schaefer,
