WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda, on the 21st
day of January, 1E430, adeptod its Resolution of Intentien No. 95 N.'S.,
for tho improvement of Park Street, in said city, pursuant to the pro-
Vi2lartS o. the "Acquisition and Imprevodent Act of 1925!, reference beinr
hereby made to said resolution of intention for e. dosorlDtion of the work
and Moor:di:Foment to be dono and tt boundaries of the district to be assessed
therefor.,
1s WHEREAS, from affidavits en file with the clerk, it is
evident that said resolution of intention was duly and regularly published,
O nd. that notices of tha passage thereof were duly and regularly posted, all
in. the tine, form and manner required by law and said net,
XND RDREAS, the day and hour set for bearing all objections or
pretests, as provided in section nine ;9) of said act, having tirrivet, and
said council having announced its readiness to proceed and hear any and
all such objeations or pro-testa, first taking up day- objections against the
doing of the work as an entirety; and theta:as, it is evident from the
reeords and files of the clerk tMat no objections mititever have been filed
or made te the doing of said work as an entirety, now therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED, 151 5. AND DECLXCED by the City Council of the Oity
of Alameda and said council hereby find the fact to be as follows:
That the owners of more than one-half of the area of the

way included within tna entire assessment district, as proposed, nave
rot in writing mede objection going to the ordering of the thing or thin:
proposed ',;0 be ions, as an entirety, and the council will now proceed
hooting any objections to the extent of the assessment district, and ob-
jections to the grade or grades to which the inprovonnt is proposed to
be eoestrweted.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
won duly end regularly introduced and adogted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular. meeting assembled on the leth. day of February, 1930,
by the following vote, to-wit:
