YEERE22, the City Council of the City of Alamada, on the
21st day of Jandary, 1930, adopted its Resolution of Intention
No. 95 N.C., for the imnrovetEnt of Park. Ctreat in said cityu
pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquison and IMbrovpment
Act of 1925", reference being hereby made to said resolution of
intention. fer a description of the worit and improvement to be done
and. the boundaries of the district to be assessed therefor,

or protests, as provided in section 9 oi' said act, having arrived, anti it
having become evident upon said roaming that the owners of mare than one-half
of the area of the property includea within the entire assessment district,

whereapor the coupon by resolution. did so find,

after which. the council. next gropeeded. with the hearing of objeetions
to the grades to wtihh thr imprommmart is mbeposed to be constructed,
an1 having duly an regularly considered the tatter as to the extent
of the assessmant district and thh grades, and all. other mattwrs and
things in connection ticanpNAii, now therodore it is hereby
RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND DEDLERED, by the city' cdiuncil of the
City of Alameda, and said cooincii. hereby finds as follows:
1st. That no changes sheuld to made in the boundaricE of the
3111 3' proposed to be assessed, wherefore the boundaries of said asee,ss-
ment district are hereby fixed and established as these boundetiies which
are set forth in said resolution of intention, and said boumdaries sball
prevail for all. the putposea of this 130 0' and until any bonds to
be issued for the expenses of the things to he done thereander shall hare
been fully paid and discharged;
2nd. That no changes or modifications shoald be made as to
the grades, wherefore the gmades as finally determined are hereby 130
end established as those grades which are set fotth im the plans and
specifications, and referred to in said resolution et intention, 'anti said
grades shell be the grades for all the purposew of 131 fr ocee at nE; and
