EEREAS, application has been made by the persons herein-

now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by Inc Council 01 tha city of Alamds, that &
permit be and. it is hereby granted anl . a license is herehy authorized
to be issled wider and in pursu&nce of the provisions of said ordinance
authorizing the sale, and dispensation of nonintoxicating beverages,
