voters in suitable form, toe following proposition, at a a:special
election to La celled at the next primary:
That 15 sores of land, to be described, on

States ot America, in consideration, and

Nhat the United States Government cancel
now existing lease on Government Island.
That all bnildinge now used for Government
purposes will be entirely remaved from tbht
portion of Government Iolon2 not deeded to
the United States as coon after the cancell-
ation of the leacr us sufficient housing
facilities are provided on the deeded acrtion
aud in any event Pill ba removed within a
period of la months after tna cancellation of
tha lease.

observed slung the southern wetar front,
parallel with the channel to allow widening,
of the channel at thia or eome future time,
either by thr government or other parties,
and that the government have full access and
free aoe of all land so eituated between that
portion deeded and the docp water fronteee.
