APPOINTING HODAHL & RICHARDSON AS ACCOUNTANTS
AND FIXING THEIR COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the Council Committee, consisting of Otto A. Leydecker and
Emil Y. Brodersen, has presented its report and recommendation, advising the
appointment of Hodahl & Richardson, Accountants, to examine the accounts and
transactions of all officers of the City of Alameda, in accordance with Section
24 of Article II of the City Chatter; now, tnerefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that Hodahl
& Richardson, Hobart Building, San Francisco, Calif3rnia, be, and they are
hereby, appointed accountants in aocordance with Section 24 of Article 11 of the
City Charter, and their compensation for services to be 'rendered in auditing the
books and accounts of all officers of the City be, and the same is hereby, fi7ed
at Seven Hundred and 1?ifty Dollera (050.);
BE IT 170UTITT,R RESOLVED that said Hodahl & Richardson's compensation
for services to be rendered to said City be, and the seine is hereby, fixed at
Seventy-five Dollars (05) per month.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, 1931
