RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NC, 98, N.S.

IS DELNNEATED AND SO DESIGNATED 001 TEAT CERTAIN MA? EN-
TITLED "GRAND OAK TRACT, ALAMEDA, 1311 IN 71E CITY OF
KLANEDA, COUNTY OT AIALEDA, STATE OP CALIFORNIA.
BE I.T. RESOLVED: That public convenience and interest recuire, and it
is the intention of the Council of the City of Alameda now declared to order the
closing up and abandoning of Arndole Court us said court is delineated and so
desiegnated upon thet certain map entitled "Grond Oafk Tract, Alomeda," and filed'
May 1, 1929, in the office Of the Oednty Recorder o Alameda County, California,
in Book 18 of Mops, -Page 63; the same being a public highzeq in the Cit.:ref Alameda.
RESOLVED, that the,lond to be:abendened for street and high urposes
is more particularly shown in red upon of plat hereto annexed and made a pert hereof.
RESOLVED, 'tht no lend is deemed necessary to be taken in the work of
closing said street, and that the exterior boundaries of the district of lends affect
ea and to be assessed to pay the damages, costs end expenses thereof, are the uor
porate boundaries of the Oity of Alameda.
The Street Superintendent-shall cause to be conspicuously posted 810110
the lines of said contemplated work, at not more than three hundred feet in distence
apart but not less then three in all oa each street, notices of the paescoe of this
resolution in the time, form -and manner required by lom. He shall also cause a
notice, similar in substance, to be published for a period of ten days in the Alameda:

and hereby designeted by the City Council for that purpose.
Any person interested, objecting to

widening, straightening,or closing up in whole or in part of any street, squere, lane,
alley, court, or place within eehnicipalities, and'tc condemn and acquire any' and ull
property necessary or convenientNfor that purpose," approved March 6, 1869, and the
subsequent amendments thereto.
