BERMITTING A SJUR TRACK ACROSS INDUSTRIAL HIGHWAY
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the Alameda
Belt Line, a railroad corporation operating in said City, be end it is hereby
permitted to lay down, construct, ooerato and maintain a Ereur track across
industrial highway in said City, said track being more particularly described
_as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a point in the southern line
of the Industrial Highway at Alameda, Alameda
County, California,. distant thereon N. 750 47' 30"
E. 74.65 feet from its termination in the MALTA
GRANT LINE; thenee northwest on the aro of a curve
conoave northeasterly, the tangent to which at
said above described point bears N. 86° 19' 44"
W. and having a radius of 424.43 feet, an aro dis
tance of 91.81 feet to a point in the western ter-:
minetion of said highway 38.46 feet U. 270 45' W.
from said termination of said southern lino in the
PERALTA CRLNT LINE.
The foreweing permit is granted by the City Council upon the express
condition and understanding that same is revocable and may be withdrawn and can-
celled at the will and pleasure of the Council at any time in the fature.
I, tha undersimned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced, and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular Meeting assembled on the 21st day of July„1931, by the following vote,
to wit:
