TO
CHANGE ZONE ON COUNCIL'S OWN INITIATIVE.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that it is the intention of said
Council, on its can motion and without a petition therefor, to initiate proceedings for
changing and reclassifying the property doecribee as follows:
All property frentir, o! on both aides of Park
Street frou the northerly line of Lincoln
Avenue to the sutherly line of the United
States Tidal Canal now zoned under Classes
1, 11 und 111,
from Classes 1, 11 Ufl.d. 111 to u Business District, Class V, and the Clark is directed
to post notices of hearing thereon before the City Plannin6 Commission, es raquired
by Ordinance No, 393, New Series.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing; Resolution was duly and
reguierlm introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of hlemeda i0 . regular
