DETERMINING THE RATE AND LEVYING THE TAX
1933 - 1934.
RESOLVED and determined by the Counail of the City of Alameda that
the rate of city taxes to be levied and collected upon the assessed
valuation of the property appearing on the assessment book of said city
for the current fiscal year 1933-19.34 be and the same is hereby fired
at one hundred and thirty-five cents (1359() on each one hundred dollars
M00.00) of property; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the portion of the whole of said rate which shall
belong to each 'articular fund of the city, and the portions thereof
belonging to each special purpose or bonded indebtedness of the City be,
and. the same are hereby specified and designated as follows, to—wit:

RESOLVED, that a tax in the total amount of One and 35/100 Dollars
(51.35), as above set forth, be, and the same is hereby levied for raising
the necessary revenue of said City for said fiscal year.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in. regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of 9e3tember, 1933,
br the following vote, to-wit:
AmES: Councilmen Eschen, Morris and President Murray, (3).
NOES: Councilmen Reydecker, (1)-
ABSENT: Councilman Shanly, (1).
