PROVIDING FOR COMFARSATIM INSURANCE.
BE IT RECOIVED by the Owuncil of the City of Alameda that insurance
providing for compensation to officials and employees of the City who may
be injured. or killed in the course of their employment be placed with the
Sstate Compensation Insurance Fund of the State of California.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that all cases now open or pending be taken
over by sold Dtate Compensation Insurance fund for adjustment or settlement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution. was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of September, 1933,
by the following vote, to ait
AYES: Councilmen Eachen, Morrie', end President Murray, (3)
WOES: Councilman Leydecker, (1).
ABSENT: Councilman Chanly, (1).
