WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Alameda, public interest and neceesity require that Franklin Park be enlarged; and, TEIEBAS, it is necessary and proper that the real property herein- after deseribed, lying adjacent to said Franklin Fekrk, be acquired b\ . purclaae, to be held. by the City of Alameda for the uses and purposes of a public park; and, WHEREAS, Ernest•..H. Creak and Ethel D.
