FIXING TPE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY.
MESOLVED, that the salary of the City Attorney of the City of Alanada be,
and the same is, hereby fined at the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars
(125.0.00) per month.
Be it further resolved, that the rate of compensation as fixed by this res-
olution shall become effective from and after April 4th, 1934, and that all
parts of Resolution No. 1802, in conflict herewith be, and the san e are, hereby
rescinded.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resclution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of April, 1934, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone, and Esahen, and President Murray, (3).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilmen Morris and Tiedenann, (2).
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
