ACCEPTANCE ,F,71) CONSENT TO RECORDATION.
RESOLVED BY Ti E COUNCTL OE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the deed of grant by
Smith. Lumber Company, a corporation, formerly Smith lumber, Company cf Oakland,
dated October 2b, 1934, granting and conveying to the City of Alameda, a mun-
icipal corporation, all those certain lots, pieties or parcels of land situate,
lying and being in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California,
and bounded and particularly described ae followe, to-wit:
PARCEL / : BEGINNING at the most Northern corner

Drive, described in the Deed from Smitb Lumber Company,
a, corporation, to City of Alameda, a municipal corporation,
dated July 29, 1533 and recorded August 7, 1933, in Tiber
2943 of Official Records of Alameda County at page 283,
said point being distant Southwesterly, measured at right
angles, One Hundred and Ninety feet from the Southwestern
line of Otis Drive, and also being distant Northwesterly,
measured at right angles, Two Hundred feet from the Northwest-
ern line of Regent Street; and running thence North 500 50'
30" West along a direct extension of the Northeastern boundary
line of the aforesaid tract a distance cf One Hundred Ten and
00/100 feet; thence Ncrtherly on a curve to the right, tangent
to last said line, the radius of which curve is Ten and 00/100
feet, a distance of Fifteen and 71/100 feet; thence North 56°

tangent to said line of Otis Drive and heving a radius of Ten
and 00/100 feet, a distance of Fifteen and 71/100 feet; thence
South 33° 09' 30" West One Hundred Seventy and 00/100 feet; thence
North 5.6P 50' 30" West Sixty and 00/100 feet; thence North 330

be, and the name is hereby accepted, and the City Council, fur and in behalf of
said grantee, hereby consents to the recordation of said deed of grant, and orders
this resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Seetion 1156 of the Civil
Code.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property be, and the same is hereby,
dedicated as a public street and highway.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing- Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled. on the 7th day of November, 1934, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYESA Councilmen Eschen, Morris, Tiedemann and President Murray, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Bruzzone, (1).
