RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO }59OiW1TIO
ROVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 5' H2 CITY OF ALAMEDA, that the deed. of
grant, dated February 15, 1935, and executed by Alfred W. Pye and Mabel
Pye, his wife, conveying to the City. of Alameda, a municipal cerp-
oration, all that certain reel property situate in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly described es:
follows:
Lot Numbered O, in Block Lettered ",P,
as said Lot and Block are delineated and so
designated upon that certain Map entitled,
"Map of Oak Park Encinal of Alaneda, Alameda
Co., Cal. 1376", - filed October 23, 1876,
in Liber 1 of Maps, et page 105, in the
office of the County Recorder of Alameda
County,
acquired by said City for park purposes, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted, and the said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
grantee, hereby consents to the recordation of said deed of grant, and
orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section
1158 of the Civil Code of the Otate of California.
