Alameda, as aforesaid, certain county tuxes, to-uit: the second installmant
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1935, had been levied and assessed against
said real. property in the aggregate sum of 5.1.4, as it appears from tha rec-
oxds of the County Assessor and County TRX :Collector of said Alameda County,
and by tax bill No. 99533„ issued by the Tax Collector of said Alameda County;
NOW lliBEifFORE, BE IT RFSCLIFED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAKIDA that
the EOtird of Junefyisora of the. County of Alameda Le, and it is hereby requested
to make its order, and to take .such other and further proceedings as may be nec-
essary, to cause the second installment of taxes for the fiscal year 1934-35,
levied and assessed against said reel property by the County of Alameda to be
cancelled, end that a reudiX., of said cancellation be made 03 the officer or
officers haying custody' of the record thereof, in accordance with the provisions
of Section 38040 or the Political Code of the 3tate of California.
