City Council does hereby determine that the nature, location and extend: of
the protosed improvement for the construction of an ornamental electric street
lighting system on Webster Street, between the north line of Central Avenue
and the segregation line, is as set forth or those certain. plans and sTecific-
ations entitled,
"MINS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ORNAMA,

NORTH LINE OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND

filed with the Clerk of the City Council. of the City of Alahnda on the Z2nd day
of March, 1935;
AND, 55 IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the boundaries and extent of the district
and lands to be especially assessed to pay the cost of said improvement are as
set forth on that certain plat and map filed with the Clerk of the. City Council
of the City of Alameda on the 22nd day of March, 1035, and entitled,
"CITY OF ALAMEDA
WEBSTER STREET
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT";
AND, BE IT ±9151 -.5 RESOLVED, that the akuunt, hart, portion, or percentage
proposed to be paid toward the cost of such improvement from any source other
than special essesaments upon benefited property is the cost of all material
necessarT to the completed impiovementi as set forth in said plans and specifi-
cations, excepting the standards and the appurtenances, es specified in Section
20 of said specifications, and, in addition, the cost of all labor necessary
to tha complete installation of said standards, as specified in said plans and
specifications;
AND, BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED, that it is proposed to conduct the proposed
proceedings under tha Improvement Act of 1911, es amended. (5tata. 1011, p.730).
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda 111 adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 22nd day of March, 1935, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: Nona.
ABSENT: Councilman Roetke and President Murray, (.2).
