Councilman Munro introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
11E3OLVED, that WM. J. Locke be, and he is hereby appointed City
Attorneyof the City of Alameda, to enter upon the duties of said Office
immediately.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of April, 1935, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NOES: Councilmen Eszter and Morris., (2).
ABSENT: None.
