AMENTSING AGREEMENT :?7ITH IP,N; JUDSON CO.E.
-ZIERBAS, an agreement was entered into the eth day of April, 1935, by and
between the City of Alaneda and Ira Judson Coe relative to the removal from
certain submerged lands in the City of Alameda of shells and shell deposits, and
"WHEREAS the title company has requested an amendment to the description as
set forth in said agreement, so as to provide that the northern line of the
property therein described should follow the southern line of the tideland lots
designIted on the map referred to in said dchcription, rather than the United
States Bulkhead Line, and
WEENBA8 the said amendment in no way affects the substantive rights of the
:area with respect to said agreement, as Mr. Coe has no intention of going
upon the submerged land lying between. the United States Bulkhead Line and the
said southern boundary of the tideland lots,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNSIL Or THE CITY OF ALANEDA, that
the description in the aforesaid agreement dated April 5, 1935, be amended so
as to read as follows;
Connencing at the most northerly corner of
Tide Land Lot No. 4, Section 21, Township 2
South, Barge 4 West, as so delineated and des-
ignated upon that curtain Max entitled "Alameda
1esin, dale Ean ho. 10, cyf Salt harsh and Tide
Lands" sitneto in the County of Slameda, State
of California, filed inc -J 9, 1288, on page 50,
Hock 17 of Naps, in the County 8ecorder's
Office, County of Elamede, dtate of California;
running thence north to the southeast corner of
Tide Lend Lot No. 20 in Section 13, Towns hit 2
South, Range 4 West, as shown on aforesaid Map;
thence Westerly along the South line of Tide
hand Lots as shown on aforesaid Nap to the West-
erly corner of Tide Lard hot No. 16 in Section
9, as shown on Inc aforesaid Map; thence South
18Q 02' West 7457 foot, pore or less, to the
southwesterly boundary line of the City of
Alameda; thence southeasterly along said south-
western boxndary line to the southerly boundary
line of the City of Alameda; thence easterly
along said southerly boundary line to the inter-
section with the eastern boundary line of tne
City of Aloneda, thence north along said east-
ern boundary line of the Gity of Alameda to the
most southerly corner of Tide Land Lot No, 16,
dec. 31, as shown on the aforesaid Map; thence
northwesterly to tLe most western corner of
Tide Land Lot No. 8, Sec. 31, as shown on said
map; tEence northwesterly to the southwestern
corner of Tide Land Lot No. 7, Sec. 25, as shown
on said Map; thence North to the Northwest corner
of Tide Lend Let No. 23, Sec. 24, as shown on
said nap; and thence northeasterly to the point
of beginning.
